Online Modules
Includes access to required online modules prior to the course date to let you learn foundations of adult learning and how to implement ENA's flipped classroom approach to adult education.
Live Virtual Class
The instructor course meets virtually. Each participant will present assigned material, facilitate a learning station, and score a TNP test.
Mentored Teaching
Following the class, you must successfully complete a mentored teaching day with an ENA faculty. Opportunities to this requirement is included in the course fee.

Must have current certification in the discipline you want to teach

Must have a course director/ENA faculty who will assist throughout the monitoring process. Our ENA faculty will provide this service if needed.
