Nice Nurse
Will my employer accept these certifications?

Yes! These certifications are accepted wherever employers require TNCC or ENPC certification. Our classes are authorized by the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), and your certification will be issued by ENA. Our classes are also approved for continuing education through ANCC.  There is no difference in TNCC/ENPC certifications that are obtained by in-person or virtual classes.

Working on Laptop

Is the class completely online or is there a hands on portion?

Our classes are entirely virtual. The classes, as well as the practical trauma nursing process or pediatric nursing process are completed by video conference, and the written test is also online. There is no in-person requirement to receive certification.

Is the class live or self-paced?

Our classes are live and interactive, and the experience is better when everyone participates. Our classes are conducted by video conference, and all participants are encouraged to contribute to the discussions. We also have live practice scenarios to prepare for the trauma nursing process test.

How is skill testing conducted?

Skill testing is conducted at the end of the class and assesses the participant's ability to perform the Trauma Nursing Process (TNP) or Pediatric Nursing Process (PNP.) Each participant is given a scenario and talks through how they would assess and manage the patient using the TNP or PNP as appropriate. ENA has developed a virtual manikin to assist with this process.

Book purchases are nonrefundable.
