  • Is the class completely online or is there a hands on portion?
Our classes are entirely virtual. The classes, as well as the practical exams are completed by video conference, and the written test is also online. There is no in-person requirement to receive certification.
  • How is skill testing conducted?
The Trauma Nursing Process (TNP) test or Pediatric Nursing Process (PNP) test is included at the end of the class using ENA's virtual manikin. Each participant is given a scenario and talks through how they would assess and manage the patient using the TNP or PNP.
  • Is the class live or self-paced?
Our classes are live and interactive. Our classes meet on Zoom, and all participants are encouraged to contribute to the discussions. We also have live practice scenarios to prepare you for the Trauma Nursing Process test.
  • When is the second day of a 1.5 or 2 day course?
The second day is just the next calendar day! On the booking calendar, select the first day of the class you want to attend, and the next calendar day is automatically included.
  • Will my employer accept these certifications?
Yes! These certifications are accepted worldwide wherever employers require TNCC or ENPC certification. Our classes are authorized by the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), and your certification will be issued by ENA. There is no difference in TNCC/ENPC certifications that are obtained by in-person or virtual classes.
  • Are CE's provided with these courses?
Our courses are approved for CE's through ANCC. CE's will be awarded upon completion of the course and range from 6.25 - 19.5 depending on the course type you choose.
  • What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Course fees are refundable up to 14 days prior to the course. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the course are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the course will not be refunded. Courses may be rescheduled one time, but if rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice, a $75 fee will apply.
